Cystic Acne Treatment

Baking soda has the quality of absorbing oil that will help you reduce the bacteria and make your acne disappear soon.

Use a mud mask or a deep cleansing mask with active citric acid component for the affected area. This mask would help you dry up your oily skin and prevent further deterioration in your skin.

You can also try using acne treatment creams available in the market. Make sure you are buying a cream that has benzoyl peroxide, so that it is actually effective on your acne and you don’t end up spending money on something that just claims to treat it.

Other basic things you keep in mind include bringing small changes in your eating habits. You should eat a lot of fruits and get as much vitamins as possible. You should also try avoiding oily and spicy food as it can worsen your acne.

It is also advisable to drink 3-4 liters of water every day to keep your skin hale and healthy.
